Your website is your hardest-working salesperson · except most fence contractor websites are silently losing 80% of the visitors they paid Google Ads to send. The fix isn’t a redesign. It’s a conversion audit.

1. The above-the-fold non-negotiables

Within 1.5 seconds of landing, a visitor must see: who you are, what you install, where you serve, and how to get a quote. Missing any of these four costs you 25–40% of conversions on its own.

2. Sub-2-second load time on 4G

Each additional second of load time costs roughly 11% of your conversions. We optimize images, lazy-load galleries, and ship critical CSS inline so the first paint happens before the WiFi finishes connecting.

Fence contractor sites loading in under 2.0s convert 2.4x better than sites loading in 4.0s. Same traffic, 2.4x the leads.

3. Multi-step quote forms beat single forms

Is your market still available?

We only work with one fence contractor per area to ensure our clients never compete with each other. Check if your city is still open.

Counterintuitively, asking 5 questions across 4 short steps converts higher than one form with 5 fields. Each tap creates a small commitment · by step 3, the visitor is invested.

Pair every project photo with a one-sentence story (material, neighborhood, timeline). Generic galleries feel like stock photography · captioned ones feel like proof.

5. Trust signals that actually convert

Show: license number, insurance badge, BBB rating, Google star count with link, and 2–3 named testimonials with photos. The more specific, the more credible.

6. Mobile-first, click-to-call everywhere

70%+ of fence searches happen on mobile. Every page needs a sticky tap-to-call button visible without scrolling. We see 35–55% of leads come from this single element.
