Frequently Asked
Contractor lead generation, answered straight.
Everything owners ask us before signing — how contractors get leads, what those leads cost by trade, how the AI appointment setter books estimates, and exactly what the agreement does and doesn’t promise. If your question isn’t here, bring it to the availability call.
Getting leads
The questions contractors ask before they spend a dollar.
How do contractors get leads in 2026?
Four channels do the heavy lifting: Google Search for homeowners actively looking to hire, Google Local Services Ads for pay-per-lead placement above the map pack, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for demand generation and retargeting, and your own database of old quotes and past customers. We run all four and route every lead into one GoHighLevel pipeline with a 60-second AI callback attached.
How do I get roofing leads that actually convert?
Separate storm and emergency intent from planned replacement intent, run them as different campaigns with different bids, then call every lead back inside 60 seconds. Roofing is a speed game — homeowners request quotes from three to five companies in the same sitting, and the first company to hold a real conversation books most of those inspections.
Do you generate HVAC, plumbing and electrical leads too?
Yes. We work with roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, remodeling, landscaping, concrete, pool and spa, garage doors, pest control and fencing. Any home-service contractor selling installs or service calls to homeowners fits the engine — the ad structure and AI caller script change by trade, the system does not.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Every lead our system generates belongs to you alone — we never resell or share leads, and we never run the same trade in the same city for two clients. That exclusivity is the core of how we work.
Cost and pricing
What contractor leads cost and what we charge to generate them.
How much do contractor leads cost?
It varies widely by trade, market and season. Emergency and repair searches cost less per lead than high-ticket replacement searches; Local Services Ads usually undercut standard search; Meta usually undercuts both but needs more qualification. The number that matters is cost per booked estimate, not cost per lead — a $35 shared lead sold to four competitors is more expensive than a $70 exclusive lead that answers the phone.
How much ad budget do I need to start?
We recommend $1,500–$3,000 per month to start. Below roughly $1,500, Google can’t gather enough conversion data to optimize and you’re guessing. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta on your own card — we never mark it up or bill it through us.
What does Contractor Leads Loop charge?
A flat monthly management fee, no setup fee, and no contract after month one. Full package details are on the pricing page.
Do you take a commission per lead or per job?
No. Flat fee only. Per-lead pricing quietly encourages an agency to send volume instead of quality, and per-job pricing turns your growth into someone else’s leverage.
The system and rollout
What gets built, how fast, and what we need from you.
How fast will I actually see booked jobs?
The full system is live by day 14. Database reactivation usually produces activity in week one, depending on the size and age of your existing list. From day 14 forward, the AI caller works every new inbound lead in under 60 seconds, 24/7.
What is an AI appointment setter and will it sound like a robot?
It’s a voice agent that calls every new lead within 60 seconds, qualifies against your rules, and books the estimate straight onto your calendar. It has natural pacing and interruption handling, so most homeowners don’t realize it’s AI. It never quotes price or promises scope — anything outside its brief gets warm-transferred or scheduled as a callback.
Which CRM do you use?
GoHighLevel. We provision and build the sub-account, pipeline, custom fields, automations and reporting for you, and wire the AI caller into the pipeline stages. If you already run GoHighLevel, we build inside your existing account.
What do I actually have to do?
Show up to kickoff, grant ad account and CRM access, send us ten to twenty photos and short clips of past jobs, and run the estimates the AI books. We build, launch and manage everything else.
Risk, exclusivity and ownership
How the agreement protects you.
Do you really only take one contractor per market?
