Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TradePilot website and any services you engage us for. Please read them carefully. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Who we are
TradePilot (“TradePilot,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing and sales automation provider serving home-service contractors in the United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and TradePilot.
2. Use of the website
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent your business.
- You will provide accurate information in forms (market check, booking, contact).
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the site or its backend.
- You will not submit anyone else’s information without their permission.
3. Market availability check
Our market availability tool is provided as an operational convenience, not a binding reservation. Availability is confirmed only after a signed engagement and cleared first payment. TradePilot reserves the right to decline any market for suitability, capacity, conflict, or compliance reasons.
4. Services and engagements
We process your data under one or more of the following: your consent, the performance of a contract you entered into with us, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Services and engagements
Any services we deliver (ad management, AI appointment setting, reputation and reviews engine, database reactivation, sales process rebuild) are governed by a separate written engagement letter or statement of work that describes scope, deliverables, fees, and timing. If there is a conflict between these Terms and your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.
5. Cookies
Exclusivity
We take only one contractor per trade per city. This exclusivity applies while your account is active and paid current. If your account is cancelled or lapses, the market is released.
No long-term contract
After the first month, engagements continue month to month. You can cancel with 15 days written notice before your next renewal.
5. Fees and payment
- Fees are stated in your engagement letter and are billed in advance of each service period.
- Third-party ad spend (Google, Meta) is billed directly to your accounts and is separate from our fees.
- Late or failed payments may pause services and release your market to the waitlist.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Results, examples, and forward-looking statements
Case studies, testimonials, screenshots, dashboards, quotes, and campaign metrics shown on this website are illustrative examples used for portfolio and educational purposes. They represent the kind of outcomes our process is designed to produce and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Actual results depend on your offer, market, trade, pricing, capacity, sales team, follow-through, and factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (copy, design, code, graphics, playbooks) is owned by TradePilot or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission. During an active engagement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the ad creative, funnels, and automations we build for you inside your business.
8. Third-party services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, Calendly, CRM and dialer providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. TradePilot is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account suspensions.
9. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePilot’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TradePilot harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
