Our approach
What we did, in order.
- Pushed every completed job address into a Meta custom audience with a 1-mile radius geo-fence.
- Built ad creative using the install truck and crew photo from the specific street · captioned with the neighborhood name.
- Set spend to a low daily cap per active install, running for 21 days post-completion.
- Crew left QR-coded door hangers on the 20 nearest homes the day of install, dropping visitors into a 14-day retargeting pool.
- Synced lead routing into the CRM with the AI appointment setter handling first contact in under 60 seconds.
The results
What changed.
Over 6 months, the system generated 53 additional service calls from neighbors within 1 mile of existing jobs · and it now runs permanently in the background, generating consistent supplemental volume without owner attention.
